First Home Meet: Saturday, November 19th @ 2:30 p.m.

Please note the following items for our first home meet on Saturday November 19th
Warmups will be at 2:30 on the 19th- please do not drop off your swimmers too early.

Concession stand items can be dropped off at the same time as the swimmers- all concession items may be brought to the APR on the 2nd floor.

Swim Team Families are requested to park at one of the following locations:  TD Bank (Mill Street); YMCA Learning Center; Rear parking lot of YMCA (behind the YMCA- near gym); or on Liberty Street (YMCA Parking lot)  Our regular sports programs and fitness center are still open and members need to be able to come in and park

We need 4 volunteers who are able to help with the Concession stand- for all new families- we have a system set up so that the pool communicates to the APR with the events and when you are working in the concession stand you can leave to watch your swimmers in their events.  It works really well- we also have a TV/DVD running with a fun movie for siblings who need a break from the pool or swimmers who have a long break.

We are also in need of 2-3 volunteers who are willing to sit at our timing table and help input results.  This is a very important job and if we have lots of parents to help then no one will have to carry the load.
