We offer one of the finest competitive swim programs in
central Connecticut. Under the direction of experienced
coaches, swimmers participating in this program will
compete in YMCA dual meets, plus a cluster championship.
Starts on Tuesday.

Age: 8 years and under
A great way for younger children to begin their
competitive experience with the Stingray team. Children
must be 5 years old to participate in actual swim meets.
Participants must be able to swim 25 yards of pool
without stopping.

Stroke Clinic
Age: 7 to 18 years
Participants will work on a different stroke each day. Clinic
