There is normal practice today for swim team- please be advised since it is extremely cold outside to use your discretion regarding practice. Swimming does lower your core temperature slightly- make sure your children have hats and bundle up
There is Rays practice for 8 and under tomorrow from 12-1:15 Please note there is NO Rays practice on Saturday Jan 11 or Jan 18th due to swim meets.
There is Seniors and HS practice on Sunday normal time 11-12:15
